Materials:

Products are made from 100% recycled sterling silver milled in Australia, and gold plating and powdercoating is completed locally in Adelaide, South Australia.

Each piece is handmade with care by me. As a result each piece will be nuanced and may differ very slightly from images shown. Unless there is surplus stock each piece is made to order, please allow 7-14 days after purchase for the piece to be handcrafted. Thank you for your patience.


Shipping

All Australia wide shipping will be sent via Australia Post express at a flat rate of $10. Purchases should arrive within 1-2 business days, although this may differ during busy times (Christmas, Mothers Day etc) or should your location be rural. Please allow for this.

All international orders will be sent via Australia post at a flat rate of $20. Dependent on your location purchases should arrive within 7-14 business days. Any additional import duties or taxes associated with international shipments must be paid by the purchaser.


Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds are available for change of mind. Exchanges will be allowed if the pieces are faulty.

The product you exchange must be in new, unused and unmarked condition. Customers will assume responsibility for all return shipping charges, including unnecessary duties and sales taxes in certain instances.

If goods are damaged in transit please let me know within two days of receiving the damaged goods and every effort will be made to help.
